How to prepare a logo file for engraving?

The logo must be in vector format (outlines). Tas nozīmē, ka fails ir sagatavots kā .ai, .eps, .svg vai .pdf — nevis kā attēls (.jpg, .png).

What does "logo in outlines" mean? In a vector file, all letters and shapes are converted to paths (curves) — this way the engraving machine can read every contour precisely, regardless of size.

What does a correct file look like? When opening the .ai or .svg, no letter should have a font assigned — when selected, they appear as shapes, not text.
