Shipping policy

To ensure convenient and timely receipt of your order, the delivery method must be agreed upon already at the time of placing the order. If delivery is required, please inform the person accepting the order and agree on the most suitable delivery method.

If delivery has not been agreed upon in advance, the completed order will be available for collection at our offices or in our shop.

Order fulfilment deadlines

The order preparation time is usually 3–5 working days after order confirmation (not after receipt).

If delivery by courier or to a parcel locker has been chosen, please note that delivery requires an additional 1–2 working days, which are not included in the order fulfilment time.

Delivery methods

We offer several delivery methods depending on the order volume and the customer's preferences.

DPD parcel lockers

The shipment is sent to a DPD parcel locker anywhere in Latvia.

DPD courier to your address

The shipment is delivered by DPD courier to the address you have specified, ensuring delivery directly into your hands.

Bicycle courier in Riga

The shipment can be delivered by bicycle courier to a specific address in Riga.
Delivery is usually carried out on the same or the next working day.

GEKA courier

For larger orders, we offer delivery by GEKA courier in Riga or the Riga area.

• Delivery days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
• This delivery method is usually used for large orders with several or heavy boxes that cannot be sent using standard courier services.

Delivery costs

All delivery methods are subject to a separate charge.

Delivery costs are included in the invoice at the time the order is placed, so it is important to inform us in good time that delivery is required.

Collecting your order on site

Your order can also be collected free of delivery charge at our offices or in our shop.

If you wish to send goods for engraving, printing or other processing, please arrange direct delivery to our office in Riga or our workshop in Bauska.

Please do not use parcel lockers or delivery options that require our staff to go and collect the shipment at another location.
