In laser engraving, the laser beam removes the top layer of the material, changing its relief, appearance and shape. It handles a very wide range of materials — metal, wood, ceramics, plastic, glass, stone, leather, paper and more. Both flat and cylindrical surfaces (up to 120 mm in diameter) can be engraved, and various shapes can be cut out. GEKA operates five laser engraving machines.

Mechanical engraving uses diamond cutters of various sizes to change the relief and appearance of the material. It is only possible on flat surfaces. GEKA operates two machines — one specialises in metals (working area 30.5×23 cm), the other, a milling machine with an 80×125 cm working area, engraves and cuts metal, wood, stone, plastic and acrylic glass.

Sandblasting uses a high-pressure stream of abrasive material to create a smooth, frosted finish on the surface. It is ideal for glass and crystal products.

What is it used for? Screen printing is commonly used for business cards, forms, folders, signs, stickers, labels, magnets, coasters, promotional materials, posters, and many other printed products.

Requirements Our maximum print area is 450 × 350 mm. Artwork must be supplied in a vector format, such as PDF, AI, EPS, or CDR.

Pad printing makes it possible to print on uneven, curved, and hard-to-reach surfaces that cannot be printed using conventional methods. It is ideal for pens, keyrings, and sports equipment.

Decal printing is a durable printing method for ceramic surfaces and tableware. It offers excellent resistance to heat and wear, making it ideal for long-lasting personalization.

Digital printing produces high-resolution prints directly from digital artwork, making it ideal for reproducing detailed images, photographs, and colour gradients with exceptional accuracy.
