We offer laser engraving, mechanical engraving, sandblasting, 3D printing, UV printing, screen printing, transfer printing, direct-to-textile printing (DTG, DTF), pad printing, and decal printing. We also manufacture custom metal products from scratch, including badges, pins, medals, coins, orders, and more.

Laser engraving is one of the most versatile personalization methods, allowing precise, long-lasting marking on a wide variety of materials, including metal, wood, ceramic, plastic, glass, acrylic, stone, marble, rubber, paper, cardboard, leather, textiles, and many organic materials.

Please provide your artwork at a 1:1 scale in a vector format, such as .cdr, .ai, .eps, or .pdf.
Please note: Raster images (such as JPG or PNG) are not suitable for production and may require artwork to be recreated.

For more complex or large-volume orders, we always send an artwork proof for your approval before production begins.
For simpler orders, artwork approval is optional, but we're happy to provide it upon request. Just let us know when placing your order.

No. As personalized products are made specifically to your requirements, they cannot be returned. Please make sure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
What is the lead time for orders without printing or engraving?

If the product is in stock, it can usually be collected or shipped the same day or the next business day. The exact lead time depends on when the order is placed, the order quantity, and our current production schedule.

Typical production times are:
- Engraving: 3–5 business days
- Printing: 5–7 business days
If your order is urgent, please contact us by phone. We offer express production whenever possible. Same-day production is subject to a 100% surcharge, while next-day production carries a 50% surcharge.
For custom metal products (such as badges, lapel pins, medals, coins, and orders), the typical production time is up to 4 weeks from artwork approval.

Yes. Many of our services can be completed on an expedited basis, subject to production availability and an additional charge. Contact us, and we'll do our best to meet your deadline.
What delivery options are available?

We offer delivery via DPD courier and DPD parcel lockers throughout the Baltic States.
Within Riga, we also offer same-day bicycle courier delivery. Large or oversized orders can be delivered using our own transport by prior arrangement.
Delivery costs are calculated individually based on the order size, delivery method, destination, and urgency.

Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method and the size of your order.
- DPD parcel locker: from €6 + VAT
- DPD courier: from €15 + VAT
Additional charges may apply for oversized shipments, heavier parcels, longer delivery distances, or express delivery.

Yes. We can arrange delivery for you, or you may book your own courier—just let us know in advance.

Yes. Orders can be collected free of charge from:
Riga: Kalnciema iela 87, weekdays 8:30–17:30
Bauska: Plūdoņa ielā 31, weekdays 9:00–17:00

Can I see a preview of my design before production?
Yes. When placing your order, you can request an artwork proof before production begins. Once it's ready, we'll send it to you by email for approval.
Production will not begin until we receive your approval. To avoid delays to your order, we kindly ask you to review and approve the artwork—or request any necessary changes—as soon as possible.
If the order is cancelled after the artwork has been prepared, the cost of creating the artwork will be charged.
