How to prepare a logo file for engraving?
The logo must be in vector format (curves). This means the file is prepared as .ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf — not as an image (.jpg, .png).
What does "logo in curves" mean?
In a vector file, all letters and shapes are converted into paths (curves). This way, the engraving machine can precisely read each contour, regardless of size.
What does a correct file look like?
When opening an .ai or .svg file, no letter should have a specified font — if selected, they appear as shapes, not text.
⚠️ Attention! If the logo is not in vector format, we will have to perform additional conversion, for which an extra fee will be charged. To avoid delays, please ensure the file is ready before ordering.
