This is a conversation we hear surprisingly often with both customers and business partners.
We sometimes feel we've explained our production lead times countless times, but this answer keeps coming back with remarkable consistency. So, every now and then, it's worth reminding everyone how our production schedule works.
Lead time for stock items (without personalization)
If the product is in stock and doesn't require engraving or printing, we can usually prepare it the same day or the next business day, provided the order volume isn't unusually large.
If your order is urgent, simply speak with one of our customer consultants—we're always happy to discuss the fastest possible solution.
Lead time for engraved products
Our standard production time for engraving is 3–5 business days.
Need it sooner? Please call us (rather than sending messages via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp) and speak directly with one of our consultants. They'll be able to check our production schedule and advise you on the quickest available option.
If our production capacity allows us to fit your order into the schedule:
- Same-day production: +100% express surcharge
- Next business day: +50% express surcharge
The key phrase here is "if our capacity allows."
Our production schedule is often fully booked, and we always honour the commitments we've already made to customers who placed their orders in advance.
Lead time for printed products
The standard production time for printing is 5–7 business days.
If you need your order sooner, once again, please call us instead of sending messages through Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. Our consultants will check the production schedule and let you know whether an expedited turnaround is possible.
If we have enough capacity to fit your order into the production queue, we'll gladly do so.
Again, the important part is "if we can" We frequently operate with a full production schedule, and our priority is to meet the deadlines we've already promised to existing customers.
Why we sometimes can't do "yesterday"
In closing, we'd like to emphasize one important point:
It's usually not that we don't want to help—we simply can't.
We manufacture products, and manufacturing isn't as simple as pressing a button. Every project requires preparation, production time, quality control, and careful finishing.
That said, if your request is truly urgent, pick up the phone instead of starting a long conversation on social media. A quick call saves time for both you and us—and who knows, it might be just enough to find a gap in our production schedule.
